Hi there, I'm a baking enthusiast and bake in my free time and well, basically in any time pockets I'm privileged to have. I love desserts and love baking!  I have been baking for my friends, families and charities and it is only after I attended Wilton classes that I have decided to embark on a more professional baking journey.  

My desserts and decorations are less sugary and, as much as possible, less fats are used without compromising on quality and taste.
